Online purchases are exchangeable within 24 hours on receipt of the products, for online credit. You are required to write to us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your purchase.
Please take note, customers are expected to bear the courier expenses and protection of the items being returned. Zech Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any loss, postponement of delivery, misdelivery by any common courier.
All returns are expected to be in its original, brand new, unused condition that includes non-damaged, original packaging (shoeboxes, dust bags, labels, care cards and any other accessories that comes with it) for full online credits of the original purchased price; no refunds will be allowed. Zech Pte Ltd will not accept any returns if any of the above stated conditions are not met.
Online credits must be utilised within 6 months from the date being credited to you.
Zech Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request at its sole and absolute discretion.
